C&R Mobile RV in association with Road Runner RV Repair replaced  a defective Mastervolt Inverter with a Magnum Inverter.  Both Randy and Kevin seemed professional and efficient. I needed some help with my motorhome awning and Randy was super helpful. He is knowledgeable, handy, and friendly. While he was out, I asked him about my refrigerator, and he was more than happy to take a look and help me out. He gave great advise and recommendations to get my fridge back into shape and kept me from investing in a costly replacement. Randy showed up on time and ready to go. He showed me how to do everything he was doing and taught me how to do it myself next time. He was detail oriented and meticulous. I am a newbie with my motorhome and Randy takes the time to explain to me what to do and why to do it. He's tested things I didn't know could be tested. All the issues I asked Randy to look at where all fixed within a few hours. I am so happy I found Randy because I have a lot more work to be done. Randy at C&R Mobile RV Solutions was absolutely wonderful.  Super responsive, very patient with all my questions and need for assistance.  My RV is 23 yrs old.  I needed some help to inspect and tighten the hitch before my return trip and do a check to make sure all was good.  Additionally was able to fix my steps and replace the air conditioner which was leaking and read to expire.  All is working so much better now.  Randy went above and beyond with a last minute assist in troubleshooting why the hitch would not hook up. Randy and Chris were so nice!  We had arrived at Stagecoach RV and had problems with our auto leveling jack system and generator.  They came out quickly, assessed the problems and advised accordingly.  Randy had the generator running in under 5 minutes and he was able to override the control panel and retract the jacks. I’m a Certified RV Technician and sometimes receive urgent requests from customers. I can’t always get to them within their timeframe so I began to search for another Certified RV Technician that I could trust to take care of the customers needs. I met Randy and we worked on a job together. I found him to be very professional when dealing with a customer and conscientious about the work he was doing. I also found out that he was Certified by NRVTA which is where I received my training.
